Shipping
All purchases are shipped out from our warehouse in Japan. Products in stock will arrive whithin two to three weeks from receipt of your order. Out of stock items and custom made items may take up to two to three months for delivery due to production upon receipt of your order.

Returns and Exchange
Returns and Exchange are accepted only if the item is diffrent from the one you ordered, or if the item is damaged. Items must be returned within two weeks of delivery. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are not within two weeks of delivery, nor on items that have already been used.
